Agents · Float management
Know exactlywhat your countercan serve.
Float is the cash and balance you keep available to serve customers. The agent app tracks both sides of it in real time, so you never promise a withdrawal you cannot pay.
01
The two sides of float
Every counter transaction moves both, in opposite directions.
- Cash float
- The physical notes in your drawer. Cash out reduces it; cash in increases it. This is the number that limits what you can pay out.
- Balance float
- Your Paydoly balance. Cash out increases it; cash in reduces it. This is the number that limits how much cash you can accept.
- The working range
- A healthy counter keeps both sides above a floor. The app warns you as either approaches it, before a customer is standing there.
- Commission
- Earned commission credits to your balance as each transaction settles, so it accumulates on the balance side.
02
Keeping it balanced
The daily rhythm of an agent counter.
- 01Declare your opening positionCount the drawer and confirm it at the start of the day. That figure is what the day reconciles against.
- 02Watch the warningsThe app flags when either side approaches its floor, and pauses offering you to customers for the type you can no longer serve.
- 03Top up or draw downMove money from your own bank to your balance, or deposit surplus cash, to bring both sides back into range.
- 04Close and reconcileCount the drawer against the day's transactions. Discrepancies are raised the same day, while the day is still recoverable.

Common questions
What if my drawer does not match?
Report the discrepancy at close. Every counter transaction has a reference on both sides, so we can usually identify the missing or duplicated one within a business day.
Is there a minimum float?
There is a minimum to stay listed as available, set by tier. Below it you stay an agent but stop appearing for the transaction type you cannot serve.
Can I hold USD float?
Yes, where you choose to. Customers looking to cash out dollars are then routed to you specifically.
