Personal and agents · Cash
Where cashbecomes balance,and back again.
A Paydoly agent is a local business with a counter. You hand over cash and your balance rises; you present a code and you walk out with notes. Both sides confirm in the app before anything changes hands.
01
Cash in, at the counter
Turning notes into balance. The confirmation is the transaction — not the handover.
- 01Find a counterThe app lists nearby agents with their hours and whether they currently hold enough float for what you need.
- 02State the amountYou enter it in the app; the agent enters it on theirs. The two must match before either side can continue.
- 03Hand over the cashOnly after both screens agree. Your balance updates immediately and both sides get the same reference.
- 04Check before you leaveYour balance and the reference are on your screen. If they are not, the transaction did not happen — do not leave the counter.
02
Cash out, at the counter
Turning balance into notes.
- 01Request the withdrawalEnter the amount in the app. The fee is shown before you approve, and it comes out of the amount you requested.
- 02Present the codePaydoly issues a one-time code. The agent enters it to see the withdrawal on their side.
- 03Approve and collectYou approve with PIN or biometric, the agent's float is debited, and they count out the notes.
- 04Keep the referenceBoth sides hold the same reference. It is what resolves any later dispute in one step.

Rules at the counter
Agents are independent businesses. These rules are not negotiable, and reporting a breach is free.
- No extra charge
- An agent may not charge you anything beyond the published cash-out fee. Cash in costs you nothing at all.
- Never your PIN
- No agent needs your PIN, and none may ask for it. Nor may they hold your phone to complete a transaction.
- No confirmation, no cash
- If the app has not confirmed on both sides, nothing has happened. Do not hand over money on a promise.
- Report it
- help@paydoly.com, with the agent's name and the reference. Agents are removed from the network for breaching these.

Common questions
What if the agent has no cash?
The app shows float availability before you travel. If an agent runs short mid-transaction, the transaction cannot complete and nothing is debited.
Can I cash out dollars?
Where the agent holds USD float, yes. The app filters for agents who do when you select the dollar balance.
My balance did not change after I paid.
Send us your reference. Agent float reconciles daily, so a missing credit is usually resolved within one business day.
