- Financial technology — payment services, stored-value accounts and an agent cash network
- Banking status
- Paydoly is not a bank. It does not take deposits and does not pay interest. Balances are stored value, not bank deposits.
- Licensing
- Products and availability are subject to licensing and approval in each market. Where a product is not yet licensed, it is not offered, and any description of it on this site is a statement of intent rather than an available service.
- Fund safeguarding
- Customer balances are held in segregated accounts, separate from operating funds, and reconciled daily against the ledger.

02AML
Screening and monitoring
Customers are screened against sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists at onboarding and continuously thereafter. Transactions are monitored against typologies relevant to this market, with alerts reviewed by trained analysts.
03Reporting
Suspicious activity
Confirmed suspicion is reported to the competent authority within the required window. We do not tell a customer that a report has been made, because the law does not permit it.

Accountability inside the company
A named compliance officer owns the programme and reports independently of commercial targets. Policies are reviewed annually and after any material incident.

- This website stores only what is strictly necessary — your language choice. It carries no advertising or third-party tracking.

Complaints and escalation
Complaints about a payment, an agent, a merchant or our own conduct go to help@paydoly.com. We acknowledge within two business days and give a written outcome within fifteen business days, including the reasoning behind the decision.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will tell you in that same letter how to escalate the matter to the competent supervisory authority in the Dominican Republic, and we will provide the case file you need to do so.
Requests from authorities, and legal service of process, should be addressed to legal@paydoly.com. We respond to valid orders and decline informal requests for customer data.
