Personal · Send money
Send moneywithout theceremony.
A saved contact or a phone number, an amount, a currency, a reason. The recipient sees it immediately, and you both end up with the same reference.

Where money can go
Four destinations, each with its own timing and cost — stated before you approve.
- Another Paydoly user
- Instant and free. Settles to their balance the moment you approve, in the currency you sent.
- A phone number not yet on Paydoly
- The transfer is held as a claimable payment. The recipient gets a message, opens an account, and claims it. Unclaimed after seven days, it returns to you in full.
- A merchant
- Paying a Paydoly business works the same way, with the merchant reference on both receipts.
- A bank account
- Withdrawal to a bank destination, charged at the published flat fee and settled on the bank's own timing.

What a send looks like
Four screens, and the third is the one that matters.
- 01Pick whoA saved contact, a recent recipient, a phone number or a PayMe handle. Names are confirmed before the amount screen.
- 02Pick how muchAmount and currency, with the balance you are paying from shown above the keypad so you cannot overdraw by accident.
- 03Confirm what happensThe confirmation screen states the recipient, the amount, the currency, any fee, and what the recipient will actually receive.
- 04Approve and sharePIN or biometric, then a reference you can forward. The recipient's copy carries the same reference.
A transfer that settles instantly is also a transfer you cannot take back. We would rather spend a screen on that than apologise for it later.

Common questions
Can I cancel a transfer?
Not once it has settled to another Paydoly balance — that is immediate. A claimable payment to a non-user can be cancelled any time before it is claimed.
Is there a limit?
Yes, tied to your verification level: per transaction, per day and per month. The current limits are visible in the app before you hit them.
Can I send dollars to someone who only has pesos?
Yes. They receive dollars into their USD balance if they are verified for it; if not, they are offered a quote to receive the equivalent in pesos.
