Numbers thatclose, not justnumbers that look nice.
Movements, settlement and reconciliation in one portal. Built so that end-of-day balances against the till, and month-end balances against the bank.

What you can see
Four views, each answering a question someone actually asks.
- Movements
- Every credit and debit in order, with store, staff, method, currency, fee and reference. The raw record everything else derives from.
- Settlement
- What was accepted, what fee was taken, what landed in the balance, and which payout it left in. The chain from sale to bank.
- By store and staff
- The same numbers cut by location and by person, which is how a discrepancy becomes a specific question.
- By method and currency
- In person, QR, link, invoice; DOP and USD. Useful for seeing which channel is actually carrying the business.

Closing a day
The routine the reports are shaped around.
- 01Check the day's movementsTotal accepted, by store. Compare against the till or the physical count.
- 02Find any gap by staffIf it does not match, the staff cut narrows it to a person and a transaction rather than a shift.
- 03Confirm settlementAccepted minus fees equals the balance change. Anything held or under investigation is flagged rather than silently missing.
- 04Export if you need toCSV of the period, with the same references your accountant sees on the receipts.

Common questions
How far back does history go?
The full life of the account. Nothing is aged out of the record, and exports can cover any period.
Can my accountant have access?
Yes — add them as staff with a reporting role. They see reports and exports without the ability to move money.
Is there an API for this?
Yes, for beta partners. Movements and settlement state are readable with stable identifiers for reconciliation.
