What it takes
Being an agent is a responsibility, not a signup. These are the requirements.
- A registered business
- A legally registered business with a tax identification and a fixed location the public can reach.
- A float
- Working cash you set aside to serve customers. You declare it, top it up from your own bank, and it stays yours.
- Predictable hours
- Customers travel to counters. Posted hours you actually keep matter more than long ones you do not.
- A named operator
- A person who runs the counter and is accountable for it. Their identity is verified alongside the business.

The application
About two weeks from application to first transaction.
- 01ApplyBusiness documents, tax identification, the location and your float plan. Everything in one submission rather than in stages.
- 02ReviewWe verify the entity, its ownership and the named operator, and run the compliance checks required of the network.
- 03Setup and trainingThe agent app on your device, your float declared and funded, and a walkthrough of the counter rules and the dispute path.
- 04Go liveYour counter appears in the customer app with your hours and float availability, and customers start arriving.
Approval is a review, not a signup. A counter that holds other people's money is worth taking two weeks over.

Common questions
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no franchise fee, no monthly fee and no equipment to buy. Your float is your own money and stays yours.
How much can I earn?
Agents earn a commission on every cash-in and cash-out they serve, credited to the agent balance as each transaction settles. Commission is designed to be competitive with other agent networks in the market; your onboarding contact walks you through the terms for your location before you sign anything.
What if I want to stop?
Tell us, serve any pending transactions, withdraw your float, and we remove your counter from the map. There is no lock-in.
