Using PayDoly
These Terms of Service form the master agreement between you and PayDoly. They explain who can use PayDoly, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you access our website, mobile app, wallet and related services.
By creating a PayDoly account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms together with the policies and product agreements they reference.
Where a product-specific agreement applies — such as the Consumer Wallet Agreement or Merchant Services Agreement — that agreement governs that product, and these Terms cover everything else.
Eligibility depends on your location, your account type, and successful identity verification. Some features are only available in markets where PayDoly is licensed or authorized to operate.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use PayDoly only for lawful purposes and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may lead to limits, suspension or closure.
Applicable fees are presented before you confirm a transaction and may vary by product, market and currency. This section will set out how fees are disclosed and changed.
We work to keep the platform available, but features may change, pause or be withdrawn. We will give notice of material changes where required.
This section will describe the limits of PayDoly's liability and the protections that apply, consistent with applicable law in each market.
You may close your account at any time, subject to the Account Closure Policy. We may suspend or close accounts where these Terms or the law require it.
Disputes are handled as described in the Complaints & Dispute Resolution policy and, where applicable, the Arbitration Agreement. Governing law depends on your market.
