How it works
From creating the request to the money arriving.

- 03They approveA Paydoly user approves in the app. A non-user opens an account first — the request waits for them until it expires.
- 04It settles and closesThe money arrives in your chosen balance, the request marks itself paid, and both sides keep the reference.

Common questions
Can I request from several people at once?
Yes. A single request can be sent to multiple recipients, and each person's payment is tracked separately against it.
Does the other person need Paydoly?
Not to receive the request — only to pay it. The link works from any messaging app; paying it requires an account.
Can I cancel a request I already sent?
Yes, any time before it is paid. The recipient's copy immediately shows as cancelled.
