The four ways
Each fits a different kind of sale. Most merchants use two.

Printed or on screen
A static QR on the counter for open amounts, or a generated one carrying a specific amount for a specific sale.

Sent anywhere
A payment link for a fixed or open amount, shareable through any channel. Right for remote and pre-paid orders.
04Invoice
With terms
For customers who pay on terms rather than on the spot, with a due date and a pay page attached.

What happens after a sale
Acceptance is the visible half. This is the other one.
- Immediate confirmation
- Both sides see the result at the same moment. The customer's receipt and your record carry the same reference.
- Net settlement
- The fee is taken from the settled amount rather than invoiced separately, so the balance you see is the money you have.
- One balance, two currencies
- Payments land in the currency they were made in. You choose when and whether to convert.
- Reconciliation ready
- Every acceptance carries a store, a staff member and a reference, which is what makes end-of-day actually close.

Common questions
Do I need a card terminal?
No. Paydoly acceptance runs on the phone you already have. There is no hardware to buy or rent.
Can staff accept payments without seeing my reports?
Yes. Staff permissions are scoped per role and per store, and taking payment does not require access to settlement data.
What about refunds?
You can refund a payment in full or in part from the transaction record. The fee is returned with the refunded amount.
