Agent Network Manager
Build and run the network of neighbourhood businesses where cash becomes balance — recruiting agents, training them and keeping every counter healthy.
About Paydoly
Paydoly is building the payments network for the Dominican Republic: wallets for people, tools for merchants, payouts for teams and a cash agent network that connects them — on one balance, in pesos and dollars. Paydoly Inc. is our US parent company; Paydoly Dominicana, S.R.L. is our Dominican operating company. We're a small team holding a large surface, and the work ships to real counters fast.
The role
Agents are how Paydoly reaches people who live in cash. A strong network means an agent a short walk from every customer, each one trained, trusted and properly funded.
You'll own agent recruitment and performance across your territory, working in the field most days and with product, risk and support to make the agent experience excellent.
What you'll do
- Identify, recruit and onboard new agents across your territory
- Train agents on the agent app, cash handling, codes and customer service
- Monitor float, activity and service quality, and act on what you see
- Run regular visits and audits, and resolve issues at the counter
- Feed field insight back to product, risk and support
- Grow a team of field representatives as the network scales
What you'll bring
- Four or more years in field sales, distribution or agent-network operations
- Deep familiarity with Dominican neighbourhood commerce
- Comfort with targets, data and simple dashboards
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel
- Fluent Spanish; working English is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile money, remittances or telecom distribution
- Experience managing field teams
- Understanding of AML obligations for agents
- Existing network among colmados, pharmacies and retailers
