Customer Support Specialist (Spanish and English)
Be the person customers, merchants and agents reach when money matters — resolving problems clearly, quickly and all the way through.
About Paydoly
Paydoly is building the payments network for the Dominican Republic: wallets for people, tools for merchants, payouts for teams and a cash agent network that connects them — on one balance, in pesos and dollars. Paydoly Inc. is our US parent company; Paydoly Dominicana, S.R.L. is our Dominican operating company. We're a small team holding a large surface, and the work ships to real counters fast.
The role
When something goes wrong with a payment, the person on the other side of the chat is Paydoly. Our standard is to follow through: explain what happened, fix what we can, and keep the customer informed until it's resolved.
